The Sawmill Bistro serves a variety of homemade, hearty meals.  We use all natural ingredients that are, to the greatest extent possible, locally sourced.  Breakfast is served from 8 am to 11 am and lunch/dinner from 11 am to 7:30 pm.  Or simply hang out on our covered outdoor deck and enjoy a glass of wine, an ice cold draft beer, or a homemade milkshake.
